On the Needles

I keep telling myself that if I have more than one project on the go I will knit faster to get them all done, I keep saying it but it is not happening, at the moment I have 3 and several in the queue. In my Jan.1st post I showed my beautiful Jacket that I am hoping to get to soon, here is another I just bought to yarn for,
and these are the ones I have on the needles.

Greek Runners

What a funny heading but then I do like to run and knit this sweater is my most resent project, the sweater pattern is called Paper Dolls design by Kate Davies,
but the Greek runners was designed by Nicole Nehrig you can find her here. I will make the Sweater in the original pattern soon but thought the runners was most appropriate.

New Year's Resolution

Happy New Year to all, I hope you all had lots to eat and drink(in moderation)and all round merry making. I have made a resolution today that I am going to blog at lease once a month and if I get to do more all the better. It has been at lease a year and although I have not stopped knitting I have not been blogging about it. My big thing these days is Fair isle knitting I have just finished a sweater by Kate Davies an amazing knitter/designer you can find her on Ravelry and her website. I have also bought her 3 hat patterns called The Hats of Midlothian and the coup-de-gras is the Christmas gift I gave myself a kit from Jade Starmore The Elizabethan Jacket, to die for. And to end this post the piece I am working on now is from Debbie Bliss Fall/Winter 2011 magazine #4 Fair Isle Sweater. I will up date with pictures soon.
